A former air force paratrooper, Sam Wilson is Captain Americas close friend and high-flying wingman. His advanced wing harness lets him soar through the skies as Falcon and send out a drone called Redwing to scout for him.\r

Redwings Recon Scan is ivated in the same way Rocket Raccoons Shield or Crossbones Overrun ability are: Dodge and hold Block for 2 seconds. When Locked On, enemy Defensive Ability Accuracy is reduced by 100% for 10 seconds. This effect is similar to that of Crossbones overpower ability, giving you the chance to break blocks using basic attacks.\r

When an opponent performs a Passive Evade, Falcons Critical Damage increases by 27% until the next Critical Hit. Falcons first Special has a high chance to inflict Bleed, and an extra 15% chance if Redwing is Locked On. Similarly, Falcons second Special has an extra 15% chance to be a Critical Hit if Redwing is Locked On. Falcons third Special deals Incineration, removing Perfect Block Chance and reducing Block Proficiency by half when ive, or by 70% when Redwing is Locked On. For each synergy Falcon has, an additional 7% Physical Resistance penetration and Critical Damage is granted through the intel that Redwing provides. Im not certain if this bonus is only in effect when Redwing is Locked On.\r
