The Raiders introduced Jon Gruden as their head coach on Tuesday. Gruden, 54, ends a nine-year tenure as an ESPN analyst to sign a 10-year, $100 million contract with the Raiders. He initially coached the franchise from 1998 to 2001, and hasn't coached in the NFL since 2008 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Gruden replaces Jack Del Rio, who the Raiders fired on Dec. 31 following a 6-10 season. Jon Gruden
