Riders were beaten, and bikes were thrashed by villagers after a bike accident which resulted in the death of a child in Chikkaballapur. A KTM RC390 rider hit a child at the Bullali junction near Nandi Upachar on the NH7 highway. The impact killed the 11-year-old girl child. The death of the child left the villagers angry, and they took matters into their own hands. The locals blocked the highway on both the sides and started stopping every rider using the highway. The riders were beaten, and their bikes were thrashed by the angry villagers.
