'Jeopardy!' Host Alex Trebek Is Recovering Following Brain Surgery Trebek shared the news on Jeopardy's YouTube page on Thursday. This isn't the first time Trebek has had health issues. In the past seven years, Trebek has torn his Achilles tendon, suffered a mild heart attack and had a full knee replacement.
