Fatal train derailment in South Africa leaves at least 14 dead, hundreds injured

A passenger train derailment left at least 14 dead and over 200 injured, four critically. The train carrying 700 passengers crashed into a lorry and a car in the country's Free State on the way from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on 4 January, 2018.
