South Korea Captures Ship Over North Korea Oil Transfer Authorities said they seized a ship they say transferred oil to North Korea. According to a customs official, The KOTI was seized at the Pyeongtaek-Dangjin port, according to Reuters. The ship has the capacity to carry 5,100 tonnes of oil. China denied selling any oil products to North amid United Nations sanctions.
