California student Piper Stowe shared a video of the moment she and her Antioch High School classmates presented their fellow student with a new Nintendo 3DS on December 14.

Stowe, along with her classmate, Shawna Cantiliano, decided to raise money to buy their schoolmate, Sean Hawkins, a new Nintendo 3DS after his was stolen. Hawkins, seen in the video, had written an emotional message on a whiteboard asking for the game to be returned to him because it was a gift from his grandmother, according to news reports.

Stowe and Cantiliano were able to collect enough money to buy the console, which retails for around $200, and the pair gave Hawkins the gift in front of their class. Credit: Piper Stowe via Storyful
