April was recently given an early Christmas present when Dr. Kenny Wilstead gave her a new smile in Marshall, Texas.

April’s friend, Christina, had previously reached out to Dr. Wilstead and explained that the mother of five had recently retuned to education and could not afford the dental cost of fixing her teeth. Dr. Wilstead was more than happy to help and generously spent his Saturday afternoon fixing April’s teeth. As seen in the video, April’s reaction to her new smile was both heartfelt and emotional.
