Tech showed up on time and I got a call from the office before he came out. He started immediately in the attic and when completed he discussed the findings. Also told me the filter was still good so didn't need to change(I have them stored in my attic) and can use until the spring. I love the maintenance contract and no bill when everything is working good. Very satisfied with TexPerts and glad we found them when we moved here in 2011. Thank you for the excellent customer service on the phone, emails, and in person.
