More than 2 months of Pradyuman's death mystery, now the Gurugram Juvenile justice board ordered to treat the class 11th suspect student of Ryan International school as an adult. The court along with this transferred the case in district session court. Pradyuman's father Varun Thakur's lawyer Sushil Tekriwal stated about it in the media. प्रद्युम्न की मौत को 2 महीने से ज़्यादा का समय गुज़र गया, लेकिन प्रद्युम्न को इन्साफ मिलेगा इसकी उम्मीद हर किसी के अंदर एक लौ की तरह जल रही है. जिस तरह उस नन्हे मासूम को अपना शिकार बना दोषी लगातार बचता गया उसमें बदलाव आएगा इसी उम्मीद में प्रद्युम्न के पिता वरुण ठाकुर अपनी लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं. इसी बीच जुवेनाइल जस्टिस बोर्ड ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए कहा है कि प्रद्युम्न के दोषी को नाबालिग नहीं बल्कि बालिग़ माना जायेगा. इसके साथ ही बोर्ड ने यह मामला जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय में ट्रान्सफर कर दिया है.
