winter session of the Parlaiment has started. Everyday there is a ruckus in the Parliament. And the proceedings of the House have to be postponed along with the ruckus. Meanwhile, the issue of Dayal Singh College was also raised in the Parliament House. HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the decision to change the name of Dayal Singh (Sandhya) college is not of the government and it has now been banned. Javadekar did this in Zero Hour then when the Shiromani Akali Dal member Naresh Gujral raised this issue. At the same time there was a ruckus in the House on this issue.

सदन का शीतकालीन सत्र शुरू हो चुका है। रोज सदन में हंगामा तो होता ही है। और हंगामे के साथ ही सदन की कार्रवाई स्थगित करनी पड़ती है। इस दौरान सदन में दयाल सिंह कॉलेज का मुद्दा भी उठाया गया । मानव संसाधन मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर ने कहा कि दयाल सिंह (सांध्य) कॉलेज का नाम बदलने का फैसला सरकार का नहीं है और अभी इस पर रोक लगा दी गई है। जावड़ेकर ने यह बात शून्यकाल में तब कही जब शिरोमणि अकाली दल के सदस्य नरेश गुजराल ने यह मुद्दा उठाया। साथ ही इस मुद्दे पर सदन में जोरदार हंगामा हुआ ।
