US President Donald Trump says a recent CIA tip-off about a terror plot saved "thousands" of lives in Russia and points to that as an example of what can happen when Washington and Moscow work together. However, during his speech about US national security strategy, Trump also says China and Russia "seek to challenge" American influence.
