President Trump's transition lawyer accused Robert Mueller of unlawfully obtaining emails during the Russia meddling probe. Kory Langhofer wrote at seven-page letter to the House and Senate claiming Mueller violated the Fourth Amendment. Mueller's spokesman Peter Carr defended the special counsel saying he followed the law accordingly.
