To start the week we've got quite an amusing story from Everest, where the Nepalese government have introduced a rule that anyone who goes further up Everest than base camp must bring back 8kgs of rubbish from the mountain, not including their own trash. Anyone who doesn't do this will be fined or face legal action!

Next, we've got an awesome video of 2 rock climbing legends -- Chris Sharma and Stefan Glowacz. Chris was arguably the best sport climber in the World for a decade, whilst Stefan Glowacz has been climbing professionally all over the World for 30 years. After a successful competition climbing career he moved onto expeditions and has since been nominated for the Piolets d'Or and has also found the time to start Red Chili, his own climbing gear manufacturer.

They're keeping quiet as to what the project is but it is surely going to be huge, so stay tuned and we'll let you know as soon as we hear any more.
