The Women's Ferrosi Knickers from Outdoor Research, (yes apparently that is their correct name), are a stretchy, lightweight short that are ideally suited to rock climbing. The fabric used is a super-light softshell material that offers a small amount of wind resistance whilst still remaining breathable. Perhaps the best feature of these softs patches Outdoor Research have added at the hips to provide more comfort when wearing a harness. We thought these were a simple and well-thought-out design that would make the perfect summer-weight short for female sport climbers.
