As you can see, FOMO is truly an epidemic, but all hope is not lost. I’ve compiled a few quick tips to help us get off our phones and engaged in real life.
1) Screen-Free Saturdays. Put your phone under your bed, leave the house and take the entire day off of social media.
2) Delete at least one of your favorite social media apps off your phone to cut down on your usage.
3) Use a social media scheduler app that posts for you, so you can remain active online while focusing on the finer things in life.
It’s not going to be easy, but together, we can fight FOMO. I’m Karlie Hustle, and that’s how you hustle and grow.”
