A large crop of illegal cannabis was discovered near Esk, Queensland, Queensland Police announced on Thursday, December 6. A total of 11,795 plants were found at three properties, worth a total of about $60 million, police said.

A 25-year-old Palm Grove man and a 27-year-old man from Mount Julian were arrested in relation to the discovery, the Courier Mail reported.
