A huge wildfire broke out in the hills near Santa Paula, California on Monday. It's rapid spread is helped along by gusts sweeping through the area at 50 miles per hour. At least 27,000 have been evacuated as of Tuesday. One person was killed when their car rolled over as they attempted to evacuate. California Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for Venture County. Over 1,100 firefighter have gathered to battle the blaze.
