Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd received its shareholder's approval to acquire the 40 percents collective equity stake in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport.

The approval consisted acquiring it's commercial arm for a total purchase consideration of 285 million pound sterling .
