Sime Darby Berhad plans to list its automotive arm Sime Darby Motors Sdn Bhd in the first half of 2015. The plantation giant had picked four banks namely CIMB Group Holdings Bhd, deutsche bank ag, Malayan Banking Bhd and Morgan Stanley to prepare a stock market listing of its auto unit, which could raise as much as 900 million dolar.
