Property developer, Tambun Indah has terminated the deal with TPPT Sendirian Berhad to acquire 209.5 acres of land as certain terms of the deal were not met.

The land which is adjacent to the southern side of Tambun's Pearl City, costs 150 million ringgit or 16 ringgit 50 sen per square feet.
