Vantage Point: 5 Broken Cameras is the first Palestinian film to be nominated at the Academy Awards for Best Feature Documentary.

It is a meaningful achievement but beyond the international recognition, the film serves as an important witness and documentation of the day to day struggles of the Palestinian people living under Israeli occupation.
