Garrison Keillor said he's been fired from Minnesota Public Radio over improper behavior. He told the Associated Press that he was fired over "a story that I think is more interesting and more complicated than the version MPR heard.” MPR received a complaint about inappropriate behavior while he oversaw the popular “A Prairie Home Companion” show, which he retired from last year. "MPR takes these allegations seriously and we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive work environment for all employees and everyone associated with MPR." Keillor was working on the syndicated “The Writer’s Almanac," which was dropped after he was let go.
