Ingredients:-
¼ Cup Warm Milk
1 Cup Warm Water
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Dry Active Yeast
1½ Cups Maida (Refined Flour)
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Oil


Method:-
1. In a bowl mix milk, water, sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add yeast and break the lumps with a spoon and rest until the yeast activates.
3. Now sieve and add refined flour, baking powder and salt to it and mix well with a spoon.
4. Add oil and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
5. Cover with a cling wrap and proof for 90 minutes.
6. Sprinkle refined flour on a flat surface and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes on it.
7. Make equal size balls of the dough and place them in a greased cake tin.
8. Cover with a cling wrap and proof for another 30 minutes.
9. Brush some milk on top.
10. Preheat an oven to 200°C for 10 minutes and bake the buns for 15 minutes.
11. Brush butter on top once out of the oven and serve.
