The couple had only three minutes to be together and get married. The ceremony was organized by Border Angels, a group that arranges the gate openings. The groom, Brian Houston, said he couldn’t go into Tijuana for reasons he declined to explain. This is the sixth time the gate has opened since 2013, according to the AP.
