Kelly Dodd is finally ready to proceed with her divorce from Michael, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The reality star, 42, filed for an attorney substitution on Nov. 13 — the same day the RHOC finale aired, according to an Orange County Supreme Court docket obtained by Radar. The paperwork was added as part of Kelly and Michael’s divorce case from 2012, which was put on hold in 2014.

Radar exclusively reported that Michael, 58, and Kelly attempted to split before joining Bravo, but Kelly admitted that she called it off because the process was a “nightmare.” Michael accused Kelly of ditching their daughter Jolie to party during the divorce proceedings, and he even attempted to get a restraining order against her (that case was dropped after she attended 10 Alcoholics Anonymous classes).

Kelly declared that their marriage was over again in September, just days after Radar reported that Newport Beach police were called to their home six times in three days. They have since sold the home and sources told Radar that Kelly and her daughter were set to move in with her cousin.
