Der beeindruckende Flughafen ist sicherlich nicht nur für alle Luftfahrt- und Technikfans das neue Highlight des Wunderlandes. Über 40 verschiedene Flugzeuge (vom A380 bis zur Cessna) fahren heute selbstständig über den Flughafen, rollen zum Gate und werden von einem Pushback-Fahrzeug zurückgeschoben, um dann zur Start- und Landebahn zu rollen. Dort beschleunigen sie und heben ab. Jedes Flugzeug ist mit Originalbeleuchtung ausgestattet und die Turbinen klingen zumindest beim Start realistisch.\r
