Billionaire Carl Icahn's advisory role to Donald Trump's White House is being investigated after it was revealed that his company Icahn Enterprises L.P. would benefit from regulatory changes that he reportedly lobbied for. Back in August, Icahn quit his role advising Trump's administration right around the time The New Yorker reported he could be in legal jeopardy for attempting to change biofuel policies that would benefit his investments.
