Lin-Manuel Miranda is bringing his Tony award-winning Broadway show "Hamilton" to Puerto Rico. The performer said he made the decision after the island was devastated by Hurricane Maria. Miranda visited the island, bringing relief supplies, but wanted to do more. The show will run for three weeks in 2019, from from January 8 to 27. According to Business Insider, Manuel decided quote "to expedite the announcement of the project to send a bold message that Puerto Rico will recover and be back in business, stronger than ever."
