Located in the heart of Hannam, Ceci-Cela is known for having the best carrot cake in Korea. Featuring a fantastic brunch menu, this Belgian cafe has been satisfying sweet tooths in town for over a decade.  We like the french toast brunch set and the grapefruit ginger tea. It’s a great spot for locals to hang out, grab a coffee, and enjoy fresh pastries with friends. Grabbing some time here alone to get away is strongly recommended too, who knows..you may meet someone.
