Here are a few tips: Use tampons instead of pads. If you use pads, switch them often and dont swim long with them. While using tampons, switch them out more often than normal. \r

Suits - try finding a darker suit, so if you do leak, it doesnt stain or show on your swimsuit. \r

Thinx - have you tried these absorbant underwear? We havent, so please share if you have. \r

Boardshorts - its always safe to wear some extra shorts while on your period. \r
