Peppered Beef Jerky Recipe\r
\r
2 1/2 lbs of Top Round Steak\r
12 oz of Cola\r
1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce\r
3 Tbsp Lawrys Seasoned Salt\r
2 Tbsp Lawrys Seasoned Pepper\r
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes\r
1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke\r
\r
Mix beef with other ingredients and marinate for 4 hours or more. \r
Preheat oven to lowest temp setting (mine was 170F)\r
Dry beef with paper towels.\r
Place beef onto cookie cooling racks within a sheet pan.\r
Put sheet pans into your oven and let cook for 4 hrs or until done to your liking.\r
Let jerky cool and enjoy. \r
Jerky will keep for 4 weeks at room temp and 6 weeks if in fridge.\r
