A woman captured the moments after the October 31 truck attack in Lower Manhattan that left eight people dead and almost a dozen others injured.

Alicia Riley, working in a building overlooking the scene of the attack, filmed part of the emergency response.

Riley can be heard in the video saying she believed the attacker shot six people and ran over several others in the cycle lane.

It was later established that the accused drove into the victims and exited the vehicle carrying paintball and pellet guns. Officials said the shots heard at the scene came from responding officers, not the accused.
