Controvasy struch for Indian skipper Virat Kohli during the 1st T20I match against New Zealand at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in New Delhi. The skipper was caught on camera talking on a wakie takie, which is in a clear violation of the ICC guidelines. But now the International board has come out with clarification that the Indian skipper had indeed taken permission prior of the match to use the wakie takie in the dug-out. As per the ICC rules no player is allowed to use mobile phone or a wakie takie during the course of the match.
