Former England captain Michael Vaughan says key allrounder Ben Stokes will still not join England in Australia for the Ashes, despite the the two men Stokes was allegedly defending during the Bristol nightclub incident coming forward to say he was protecting them from a homophobic attack.

Vaughan was speaking in Kigali, where he took part in a celebrity T20 match to officially open a new stadium.
