The US Department of Defense release footage on October 29 described as showing soldiers from the Puerto Rico National Guard 892nd Multi-Role Bridge Company constructing a temporary bridge at Guajataca Dam on October 27.
The dam was badly damaged by Hurricane Maria in September.
