This raan roast shop is a very busy destination for the first few days of Eid ul Adha. They just deep fry the raans (lamb legs) for the customers and dont sell them. The name raan roast is misleading because the lamb leg is cleaned, marinated, steamed for three hours before being deep fried for 15 minutes and finally sprinkled with secret spices. Chacha ji wouldnt divulge the recipe of the spices or the marinate rub (trade secret I guess).\r
