Opioid crisis scheme gets drug company founder arrested

John Kapoor, founder of Insys Therapeutics, was arrested on Thursday in an early-morning raid. Kapoor has allegedly been bribing physicians to prescribe strong opioids to patients who didn't need them. His possible charges are racketeering, conspiracy and fraud and he's the first pharmaceutical executive to be arrested over the nationwide epidemic.
