PEARL HARBOR, HAWAII (July 7, 2008)-The U.S. Navy ship USS Reuben James (FFG 57) departs Pearl Harbor to conduct local operations in support of Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2008. The Rim of the Pacific Exercise, the world’s largest multinational exercise, is scheduled biennially by U.S. Pacific Fleet and takes place in the Hawaiian operating area during 29 June – 31 July 2008.
