1/2 cup corn flour\r
1 tsp salt\r
1/2 tsp pepper\r
2 tsp garlic powder\r

1 tsp cajun\r
1 tsp crushed red pepper\r
1 tsp chili powder\r

Healthy Ketchup, makes about 2 cups:\r
15 oz diced tomatoes (drained)\r
1/2 tsp salt\r
1/2 tsp Paprika\r
1/4 tsp pepper\r
1 tsp apple cider vinegar\r
1 date\r
1/2 tsp onion flakes\r
1/2 tsp garlic powder \r
