Today Im trying something a little bit different with a Devil Fruit discussion/theory, mainly to emphasize the f that this fruit would not give a human extra intelligence if they ate it, along with bringing up some other points I feel are necessary to address, like comparison to Sengokus fruit, and a the users lack of transformations over all.\r
