ok. so i have the shortest legs! which is why i put off this video for so long, since they are the least favorite part of my body.. but i hope this video helps! a ton of you have been asking me about this :) \r

these exercises are super simple and quick to do whenever you feel like changing up your routine. they shouldnt add bulk, it is purely to tone and firm. If youre looking for bulk i suggest squats and other weight training for your legs\r
