Hi guys today I will be showing you how to make my version of triple chocolate swiss roll, this cake is good and not to sweet.\r

8 oz or 227 g of dark chocolate\r
1 cup of whipping cream or heavy cream\r

For the mousse \r
100 g of dark chocolate\r
150 g of whipping cream\r
2 tablespoon of powdered sugar or icing sugar\r

For the sponge cake\r

5 egg yolks\r
5 egg whites\r
1 tsp of instant coffe\r
1 tsp of vanilla\r
25 ml warm milk\r
25 g of melted butter\r
100 g of sugar\r
20 g of cocoa powder\r
60 g of cake flour
