Wildfires in Portugal and Spain have killed at least 32 people. The fires forced residents to flee surrounding areas as thousands of firefighters continue to battle flames. The government declared a state of emergency north of the Tajo river between Portugal and Spain. Conditions were worsened by Hurricane Ophelia further spreading flames throughout the area.
