Bhature is one of the most popular punjabi recipe, it is a fluffy deep-fried bread. It is often eaten with chickpea curry, chole or channe, making the traditional dish chole bhature. It is usually eaten as breakfast, sometimes accompanied with lassi.\r

All purpose flour(maida)-250 gm\r
Curd/yogurt(at room temperature)-2 to 3 tbsp\r
Semolina/rava/sooji-2 tbsp\r
Baking powder-1/2 tsp\r
Baking soda -1/2 tsp\r
Salt-1/3 tsp\r
Sugar(powdered/normal)-1/2 tsp\r
Cooking oil for frying\r
