Nightmare Luffy is a heck of a charer! He now boasts the highest ATK stat in the game, with a massive 1,520 ATK value at MAX level. While we have to see how useful he is as a captain, he will definitely see tons of ion as an amazing sub, with killer stats, and a special that not only does damage, but also stalls the opponents for 1 turn. Definitely a raid that you want to get maxed out.\r
