If President Donald Trump played his cards right, perhaps Brooke Shields would be the First Lady in the White House… Unfortunately, she reveals that he did not.
Brooke appeared on the show Watch What Happens Live, and shared a story about how President Trump asked her out via phone shortly after his divorce from Marla Maples.
Brooke says, “I didn’t go out with him; He called me. I was on location doing a movie, and he called me right after he had gotten a divorce, he said, ‘I really think we should date; because you’re America’s sweetheart, and I’m America’s richest man, and the people would love it.’”
Apparently the line wasn’t as smooth as Trump thought, and Brooke was in a new relationship of her own at the time, so she had to politely decline the date.
We’re guessing Trump didn’t get Brooke’s vote in the election, either.
