Local governor in Izmir, Turkey is calling for the arrest of the man seen in the video slamming the child to the ground. The man, who sells street food, claimed he was angry because the child grabbed his cart and hit a woman. The child suffered slight injuries, although some witnesses say he lost conciseness before he was giving water and taken away by a friend.
