Perhaps one of my most frequent requests is for the Katniss braid from the Hunger Gamestrailer. I did quite a bit of research to find the best angles to view it, and with a little help from Lindsey {a loyal fan}, we had a perfect view of the style!\r

The hairstyle uses a Dutch Braid starting on the front of the right side of the head and braiding back across the head in a diagonal until you finish off the hair with a braid over the left shoulder.\r

Now, this braid is supposed to look messy since Katniss was wearing this hairstyle in the arena during the games. I used a few hair extensions to add length to the braid, but my layers were perfect as some stuck out in the braid. just like Katniss!\r
