Ingredients:-
500 gms. Papaya, peeled and diced
150gms. Sugar
250 gms. Khoya/Mawa OR 6 tbsp. Milk Powder
Almonds and Pistachios, chopped
Method:-
- In a kadhai add papaya, sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Once the sugar melts add mawa to this.
- Stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Papayicha Halaw is ready to eat!
